Seriously though, is that a fly over? Because in this other shot of it (below), it’s got tiny “humps” all over it WHICH, I think, are cars. Yeah, they most probably are.

THAT IS JUST THE COOLEST THING! It’s like a rollercoaster only that it’s so much more um.. useful? Hahaha. When If the Philippines ever gets one of those, I swear I’d drive and go over it everyday until I get sick or something.
